If you have a lot of alcohol left over from a party or wedding, consider donating it to a local art gallery. Upstart galleries are almost always struggling financially and would appreciate such a donation so they have something to serve guests during openings. I gave the above stash to Allison at my local Santa Monica gallery, 16to1, and she happily took it. Plus she invited me to the gallery's next opening!
